Ayushakti Shipping Policy

At Ayushakti, we strive to deliver your orders promptly, securely, and efficiently. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process, delivery times, and restrictions.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 01 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed after 06:00AM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery time estimates depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions or weather conditions.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, LazerShip, and OnTrac. to deliver orders. Carrier selection will be based on delivery location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Restrictions: Not Applicable

Due to various state and local regulations, we are unable to ship to the following locations:

  • States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin
  • Cities/Counties: San Diego (CA), Oceanside (CA), Sarasota County (FL), Denver (CO), and Jerseyville (IL)

Orders placed to restricted locations will be canceled, and payments will be refunded. We strongly advise checking your local laws before purchasing.

Tracking and Delivery

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment confirmation or expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Shipping Claim Eligibility Timelines

Claim eligibility depends on the carrier and shipping method. Each carrier we use and the periods in which you can file a claim are listed below. If your claim is filed after these periods, we WILL NOT be able to approve the claim.

ShipMonk Methods

  • Domestic
    • Must be submitted within 30 days of the ship date.
  • International
    • Must be submitted within 45 days of the ship date.

USPS

  • Domestic
    • 60 days maximum
  • International
    • 60 days maximum
  • Military
    • 180 days maximum
  • Insured Mail
    • 1-year maximum

UPS

  • Continental U.S.
    • Within five months from the ship date.
  • All Other Shipments
    • Up to 60 days from the date of expected delivery.

DHL

  • DHL Express
    • Must be submitted within 30 days from the date that DHL accepted the shipment.
  • DHL eCommerce
    • Claim requests must be received after 21 days for domestic shipments and 45 days for international, however, no later than 90 days from the date DHL eCommerce Solutions first scans the package at one of our Distribution Centers.
